How long can I rent network equipment for?
Our networking equipment rentals are available from a single day through to a few weeks. Simply fill out our equipment hire form and a member of our team will get back to you with a quote.
Can you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes, our service can include delivery, set up and packdown of all equipment for your event for an added cost. Alternatively, if you know what you’re doing (and have the relevant insurance), you can dry hire from us and collect the equipment from our warehouse in Cheshire.
Do you provide on-site technical support?
Yes, our team can provide on-site technical support to troubleshoot any networking problems and ensure your event runs smoothly.
What happens if there is a technical issue during the event?
If we’ve provided a fully managed service, then we’ll be there on the day to help you through every step to resolve any networking issues.
If you’ve dry hired from us, then support will be limited out of hours, so we would always recommend making sure you have somebody with you who knows how to manage your network!
